"Built in the Community, for the Community"
The Mutiny FC philosophy is based on providing an affordable club in North Texas for competitive soccer that is focused on long-term player development and training. The initial development and technical skills concepts are initiated in our Mutiny Academy teams at the U10 ages. These skills are expanded into the intermediate and advanced levels within our Competitive teams. All players and teams within Mutiny are trained under a structured program that is focused on technical skills, conditioning, team tactics and small-sided formations. The club currently fields competitive teams in the Academy and Plano Premier North Texas leagues. The games help our children put into practice what is taught during training sessions, but the club will not sacrifice winning games over individual player development. The Mutiny Futbol Club also works closely with existing college coaches, college soccer programs and collegiate athletes to initiate and prepare our players for the next phase of their lives after club soccer. All Mutiny FC coaches are certified at a “D” License Level or above, and are evaluated and reviewed yearly on knowledge and performance. Coaching Education, Skills Training, Annual Evaluation and Advancement Programs are managed by the clubs Director of Coaching. The Director of Coaching confirms that all coaches within Mutiny are teaching and performing up to the level of their capabilities. He also maintains and guarantees that a Code of Conduct is followed by all club coaches and club personnel in their communications and actions towards players, parents, referees and league officials. All Club Coaches, Directors and Representatives are driven to make Mutiny FC the premier player development organization in North Texas.
