Coaching Philosophy: I never thought I would love being a soccer coach but here I am & love what I do. I believe that every player must be given the opportunity to make decisions, both good & bad. It is my job to to analyze their results & provide feedback to help them learn from experience. I try to give every player the tools they need to be the best they possibly can be on & off the field. Practice does not make perfect, perfect practices makes perfect. As a team we win as a team we lose as a team. When we win we must deserve to win! Every player should establish some sort of goal & its my job as a coach to assist them in getting to that goal!
