Overview

The Mutiny Training Academy was created to develop the technical foundation and skills of our younger (under age 10) soccer players. Our Advanced Development programs concentrate on building the fundamental technical drills, conditioning, foot skills and team basics required to prepare each player to play on a competitive team in the future. Our Nationally Licensed Mutiny coaches are former professional and college players that are dedicated to the clubs philosophy of focusing on individual player development, creativity, individual training plans and parent feedback, communication and involvement. Mutiny coaches strive to build the "Love of the Game" in each player at a young age and look to make training sessions enjoyable and fun. Parents are encouraged to observe the sessions and enjoy the Academy experience. This allows parents that are interested in learning more about Academy Soccer to learn about the game from professional coaches. Mutiny FC is focused on the family environment and encourages each of our players to develop the life skills and personal qualities necessary for success in their future. By providing a fun, structured and personalized training environment for our players, we strive to build a club focused on strong family values and goals. Skills Training

Mutiny Academy skills training sessions are open to U9 & U10 players. This includes children that are new to the sport, currently in other Academy programs or on recreational teams. All recreational players must have an Academy Release form signed by their NTSSA recreation team coach. These forms are available on the www.wyliemutinyfc.com website under the FORMS section. Goals & Objectives

Mutiny Training Academy includes the following goals and objectives:

• A fun, structured environment where boys and girls can work to improve their overall technical skills and conditioning with guidance from coaches and trainers.
• A team approach that is age specific and committed to the player's long-term growth. Wins and Loses are not a measurement of team success.
• A club philosophy that is totally focused on player development, education and evaluation. Mutiny Academy teams follow the same training curriculum to develop their core technical foundation.
• A program that allows parents to participate and enjoy spending quality time with their children, while learning the fundamentals about the game of soccer and its benefits.
• Most importantly, we have FUN. We have high expectations for our players. Players who enjoy what they are doing will work harder to achieve their goals.
